Estimate and contact forms may collect your name, phone, email, project address, service interests, project description, timing, budget range, referral source, preferred language, and uploaded photo names.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to project inquiries, prepare estimates, coordinate service, improve website performance, and, once connected, create authorized records in MOS Enterprise CRM.
Storage and sharing
The current demonstration stores form records only in the visitor’s browser. Before launch, secure server-side delivery, retention controls, and vendor disclosures must be configured. Mendoza does not claim to sell personal information.

You may request access, correction, or deletion through the verified contact method that will be published before launch.
